In 2014, Dr. Ian Iwane had the great priviledge of continuing the practice of Drs. Joan Seet and Francis Carrington. Drs. Seet and Carrington a husband and wife team, established their practice is 1987.
We are happy to accept new patients into our family friendly practice. Our practice is conveniently located on the corner of San Pablo Ave. and Central Ave., 2 blocks from El Cerrito Plaza BART & within walking distance from El Cerrito High School . We offer free parking in our private lot, entering on Central Ave., and we are Wheelchair accessible.
